Our Sercices Description


1. Contract Staff Service

The provision of contract staff service to our client is also known as contract staff secondment service or agency contract staff service. After obtaining the requirements on the experience and skills of the position, we start searching suitable candidates from the market through various channels. We are responsible for candidates selection and screening processes, interview arrangement of the candidates with the client, and negotiation on the terms and conditions of the contract service for the successful candidate.

Upon selection, final approval and confirmation from the client, a Service Agreement or a Schedule specifying the contract terms, monthly service fees, service period and other service related information will be signed between the client and us for each contract staff. We will also sign Contract Agreement (the Employment Contract) with the contract staff with same terms and conditions as specified in the Service Agreement with the client.

The contract staff will be seconded to work in the Client’s office under the Client’s project management and supervision for an agreed service period. We will handle monthly payroll, MPF contribution, taxation reporting, and procedures on contract renewal or end of contract for the contract staff.

The contract staff is our employee and we will cover him all the employment benefits according to the HKSAR Employment Ordinance (Labour regulations), including but not limited to the coverage of employee compensation insurance, entitlement on annual leaves, paternity leaves and maternity leaves, and MPF contributions according to the MPF Scheme Regulations. We provide the following 2 types of contract staff services :

  • Contract staff searched by our company.

  • Contract staff referred by our client (under this type, we provide service on handling payroll, MPF contribution, taxation reporting).



2. Permanent Staff Recruitment Service

After obtaining the requirements on the experience and skills of the position, we start searching suitable candidates from the market through various channels. We are responsible for candidates selection and screening processes, interview arrangement of the candidates with the client, and negotiation between the successful candidate and the client on the remuneration package, employment terms and conditions, and employment commencement date. After explaining all the agreed employment terms and conditions offered by the client, we will arrange the successful candidate to sign Employment Agreement (or similar document) with the client. The successful candidate will be employed as a permanent staff of the client.

Service Fee

Service fee structure specifying the calculation of recruitment service fee is provided to the client for confirmation and approval before the provision of our recruitment service. We will bear all costs on the recruitment processes. We charge service fee to the client only on successful candidate who has signed employment agreement and has reported duty to the client on the agreed commencement date.

Guarantee Period (only for permanent staff and direct contract recruitment services)

We have a guarantee period of three months for permanent staff position or one full year direct contract position. For direct contract position, if the contract period is less than 12 months, the guarantee period will be adjusted accordingly in proportion to the contract service period.



3. Direct Contract Staff Recruitment Service

This type of service is similar to the permanent staff recruitment service except that the successful candidate will sign a Contract Agreement (or similar document) with the client and will be employed by the client on a contract basis for an agreed contract period. After obtaining the requirements on the experience and skills of the position, we start searching suitable candidates from the market through various channels. We are responsible for candidates selection and screening processes, interview arrangement of the candidates with the client, and negotiation between the successful candidate and the client on the contract salary package, employment contract terms and conditions, and the commencement date.

Service Fee

Service fee structure specifying the calculation of recruitment service fee on direct contract staff is provided to the client for confirmation and approval before the provision of our recruitment service.
