Our  Recruitment  Services

1.  Contract Staff Service  (Contract Staff Secondment Service)

Candidate(s) are sourced-in by us, or referred by our client, and they are employed by George Samuel Associates as contract staff.  We will provide all employment benefits to the contract staff according to the HKSAR Employment Ordinance.

The candidate will be employed by us our contract staff, and will be seconded full time to work in the Client’s office under the Client’s project management and supervision for an agreed service period.  A service Agreement or a Schedule specifying the contract terms and service period will be signed between the Client and us for each contract staff service provided by our contract staff.

We will also sign Contract Agreement (the Employment Contract) with the contract staff with same terms and conditions as specified in the Service Agreement with the client. The contract staff will be seconded to work in the Client’s office under the Client’s project management and supervision for an agreed service period.  We will handle monthly payroll, MPF contribution, taxation reporting, and procedures on contract renewal or end of contract for the contract staff.

The contract staff is our employee and we cover him all the employment benefits according to the HKSAR Employment Ordinance (Labour regulations), including but not limited to the coverage of employee compensation insurance, entitlement on annual leaves, paternity leaves and maternity leaves, and MPF contributions according to the MPF Scheme Regulations.

 

­2.  Permanent Staff Recruitment Service

Candidate(s) are sourced-in by us.  Upon interviews and employment confirmation, the candidate(s) are employed by the Client as its permanent staff.

Guarantee Period

By following our normal selection criteria, the likelihood of an unsuccessful appointment being made is extremely now.  However, for further security, we have a guarantee period of three months for permanent staff position.

This means that provided our terms and conditions have been met and the staff referred by us resigns or is dismissed by the Client during this guarantee period because of his misconduct, bad performance and still shows no improvement after being given warnings, we will replace that person without any additional costs to the Client.

­3.  Direct Contract Staff Recruitment Service

Candidate(s) are sourced-in by us and are employed by the Client on contract basis for an agreed service period.  The candidate will sign contract or service agreement directly with the client.

Guarantee Period

By following our normal selection criteria, the likelihood of an unsuccessful appointment being made is extremely now.  However, for further security, we have a guarantee period of three months for one full year direct contract position.  If the contract period is less than 12 months, the guarantee period will be reduced accordingly in proportion to the contract service period.

This means that provided our terms and conditions have been met and the staff referred by us resigns or is dismissed by the Client during this guarantee period because of his misconduct, bad performance and still shows no improvement after being given warnings, we will replace that person without any additional costs to the Client.
